Pickup Point Partner

  • Pickup Point Partner is a concept, under which the partner will educate the buyer about products and help them buy the same.
  • All necessary actions will be done by Pickup Point Partner like – Payment collection, deposit to Dhumra Gems Account, complete an order process and provide all essential information of buyer in the system.
  • Product will reach directly to the Pickup Point center from where the buyer can collect his/her requested product(s)


  • Pickup Point Partner will be paid for each sale done through his/her Pickup Point center.
  • Payable amount will be calculated based on the products and quantity sold. The following deductions/calculation are made from the order item value:
  • Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value based on vertical/sub-category.
  • Shipping fee (calculated on the basis of product weight, shipping location) , initially domestic courier charges will be taken care by Dhumra Gems for first 6 months.
  • Promotion charges: This will be taken care by Dhumra Gems.
  • GST (applicable on all above mentioned components)
  • Commission fee is a certain percentage of the order item value of your product. It differs across categories andvertical/sub-categories. Contact us for detailed information.

Who can be a Pickup Point Partner

  • Any one above 18 years of age can join as a Pickup Point Partner who believes in Dharma’s products and has faith in Indian Mythology.

You are required to have the following documents:

  1. Ownership / Rent Agreement supporting documents of Venue at proposed Location with full details.
  2. GSTIN  * (if applicable)
  3. PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)
  4. Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)

After completion of all the necessary documents and process, you can start procuring & fulfilling orders.

FAQ’s :

All you need is a storefront, a laptop/ desktop with the printer and an internet connection. You can set up Dhumra Gems booking point Store within an existing business you already have. Dhumra Gems Store Point need to be given due visibility in your store and marketing materials provided should be efficiently used to create awareness in and around your location.

Apart from the basic infrastructure, you need to pay a small amount as a security deposit. This is refundable in case you wish to withdraw from this partnership. Additionally, you also need to invest in marketing materials which will be provided by us at a nominal fee.
Dhumra Gems will provide you a fixed incentive on every individual product sell. Also you may add your earning margin on this rate at your discretion.

Dhumra Gems will compensate for any loss or damage to the extent covered by our liability clause. The same is subject to our terms and conditions.

Our support team always ready to help you in regards to give all guidance and support your all queries.

Our support team will provide a detailed training session for our booking panel the moment you sign up. We also publish frequent training material for the same.

You require depositing product’s amount to company account and inform to support team. It can be through cash deposit / wallet or bank transfer.

Dhumra Gems will raise monthly invoices basis the delivered products from your account. The amount will be credited into provided amount in between 1 to 10th of every month. In case of discrepancies, our support team is available to clarify the details.
